How can I communicate with customer service online?

Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (GMT+8 time zone). If you have any questions during the shopping process, you can communicate with us online during these working hours.

What are your shipping options, times, and costs?

We ship all orders directly from our facility in China to the U.S. via our trusted partner, 4PX. Orders typically arrive in 8–22 business days, accounting for factors like order processing, special circumstances, and customized items. In most cases, standard orders are delivered within 10–12 days. All applicable taxes and shipping costs will be calculated and added at checkout for a seamless delivery experience. Can I change or cancel my order after I've placed it?

Yes, you can. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it for a refund or request a size/style change by contacting us via the contact form. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. In that case, please see our Refund Policy for further instructions.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently process all payments securely through PayPal.

Don't have a PayPal account? No problem. You can still pay with any major debit or credit card by simply selecting the 'Pay with Debit or Credit Card' option on the PayPal checkout page.

How can I view my order?

After a successful payment, you will receive an email with your order information. If you provided an email address during the payment process, you will be automatically registered as a user. You can log in to our website using your email address to view your order. Alternatively, you can also register for a new account before making a payment.

How can I track the shipment?

We will send an email with the tracking number to the email address you provided after your order has shipped. You can use this number to track the shipment on the shipping company's website.
