Order Processing Time

• Order Cut-off Time: Orders received after 12:00 PM (GMT+08:00) China Standard Time (Shanghai) will be processed on the next business day.
• Order Processing Time: Our total order processing time is 1–7 business days. This breaks down as follows:
  • Standard Orders: Processed in 1–2 business days.
  • Customized Orders: Require an additional 3–5 business days for production.
• Fulfillment Days: Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding Chinese public holidays.
• Shipping Time: 7–15 business days after the order is shipped.
• Total Delivery Time: From our facilities in China to the United States, total delivery is estimated to take 8–22 business days.

Import Duties & Taxes

This fee represents the total cost for all import duties and taxes. To provide a seamless experience, we ship every order DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This single charge covers all related customs procedures, brokerage fees, and local taxes on your behalf, guaranteeing you will have no surprise charges upon delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's status on the official 4PX tracking site at https://track.4px.com/, or by logging into your account on our website to view your order details.

Special Considerations

While our standard checkout process is optimized for individual customers in the United States (up to 12 items per order), we understand that you may have specific requirements. We are happy to assist with the following special requests:

"Order Processing Time" (1–7 business days) is the time we take to prepare your order at our warehouse (or from the factory, as custom orders are made-to-order). "Shipping Time" (7–15 business days) begins only after your order is dispatched and is the time the carrier takes for delivery.

2. Delivery Date Disclaimer:
The "Total Delivery Time" is a reliable estimate, not a guarantee. Actual delivery dates can vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, carrier delays, or severe weather conditions.

3. Address Changes:
To ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been shipped (i.e., once you have received the "Shipping Confirmation" email).
